Orhei City Plan

In 2014 Land Support Systems won the tender for the execution of topographic works and updating the General Urban Plan of the Orhei City.
General Urban Plan Orhei is the main strategic document of city planning. This document forms the harmonious interaction system between the structural elements of the locality – public administrative center, residential areas and entertainment production and technical infrastructure. The main task of this project is to develop forecasting and determining the main parameters of spatial and socio-economic development of the locality, road and street network optimization with the requirements of environmental protection.
Main components:
• Update topographical support using vectorization stereophotography materials;
• Audit and techno-economic study in terms of demographic, economic, social, development opportunities, legal aspects of land, infrastructure and technical issues concerning the delimitation of the built elements, protected areas and public objects
• Updating the General Urban Plan.
